DUE TO ONGOING ISSUES IN APT AS THIS IS THE 2ND FLOOD IN RECENT MONTHS, INSPECTOR IS ISSUING A 24 HR NOTICE TO REPAIR PLUMPING ISSUES, DRY THE UNIT FLOORING AND BASE BOARDS, AND TO FINALLY CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE KITCHEN SINK AREA AND FLOORS AND BASE BOARDS. TENANT WILL NOTIFY INSPECTOR ON SATURDAY SAME TIME IF ISSUES NOT ABATED. HAND DELIVERED NOV TO PROPERTY MGR ADRIANA, INSPECTOR SPOKE TO ADRIANA AND ALSO WITH HER REGIONAL MGR RENE WHO WILL COMPLY IMMEDIATELY. IN NON COMPLIANCE IS MET INSPECTOR WILL ISSUE CITATION TO STAT AGENT DUE TO THE ONGOING PLUMBING ISSUES AT THE PROEPRTY. THERE HAS BEEN CONTINUED PLUMBING ISSUES THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX PER RESIDENTS AND CODE ENFORCEMENT CASE HISTORY.
