WALKED THE EAST COMPLEX WITH THE MANGER FOUND UNITS 165, 166, 167, AND 367 HAD ALREADY BEEN VACATED BY THE MANAGER AND TENANS PLACED IN UNOCCUPIED UNTIS INDEFINATELY UNTIL WATER COULD BE RESTORED.
MANAGER CONTACTED SPARTAN PLUMBING WHO ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER CODE ENFORCEMENT SHOWED UP AND KUSTOM DISASTER RECPVERY AND ABRACADABRA WATER RESTPRATION WERE ALEADY ONSITE TO REMOVE THE WATER IN THE UNITS AND HELP MOVE THE OCCUPANTS IN THE VACATED UNITS. MANAGEMENT PROVIDED WATER STATIONS WHERE OCCUPANTS COULD COME GET WATER WHEN NEEDED. .SPOKE WITH SPARTAN PLUMBING TECH WHO STATED THEY WOULD HAVE THE DAMAGED PIPE FIXED AND COMPLETED BEFORE THE END OF DAY AND WOULD CALL FOR INSPECTION. THEY WOULD FILL THE HOLE WITH A/B, COVER WITH SAND AND COMPLACT THE SINK HOLE AND THEN POUR A SLURY UNDER THE PATIO SLAB TO SUPPORT THE SLAB.
A NOTCE OF VIOLATION WAS PRDERED FOR PERMITS REQUIRED. MANAGEMENT DID A EXCELLANT JOB OF VACATING AND FINDING PLACES FOR THE OCCUPANTS, WATER, CALLING WATER RESTORATION AND THE PLUMBERS, AND COMPLYING WITH TFD FOR THE FIRE WATCH. SPARTAN PLUMBING STATED THEY DO HAVE AN APA ACCOUNT AND WOULD CALL IN FOR THE PERMIT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
