THERE ARE (3) 125 AMP MAIN DISCONNECTS LOCATED ON THE DUPLEX. THESE ALL IN ONE TYPE PANELS APPEAR TO BE CODE COMPLIANT. THE NEWLY INSTALLED FLEX CONDUIT RUNS APPEAR TO BE A PART OF THE PERMITTED ROOF MOUNTED HVAC INSTALL. ONE OF THE SERVICE RISERS IS MISSING A CLAMP UNDER THE EAVE AREA.
THERE ARE MULTIPLE RUNS OF NON SHEATHED METALLIC CABLES UNDER THE EAVE.
THE DUPLEX DOES HAVE (2) NEW FRAMED ATTACHED LAUNDRY ROOM ENCLOSURES. THE ROOMS APPEAR TO HAVE EXISTING WATER AND STAND PIPES, THERE ARE NEW RECEPTACLES AND ABS DRAIN WASTE PIPES CONNECTED TO EXISTING PIPING, BOTH OF THESE ROOMS DO NOT HAVE DRAIN WASTE VENTING.
THE DETACHED DWELLING HAS A NEWLY INSTALLED 125 AMP PANEL. THIS PANEL DOES NOT HAVE A GROUNDING SYSTEM AND OTHER CODE VIOLATIONS. THE DWELLING ALSO HAS A ROOF MOUNTED MINI SPLIT UNIT. THERE IS A NEWLY ATTACHED FRAMED LAUNDRY ROOM WITH NEW DRAIN WASTE PIPING, NO VISIBLE VENTING. THERE IS NEW PEX WATER SUPPLY LINES HOT AND COLD, THERE IS ALSO NEW ELECTRICAL CONSISTING OF A 110V AND A 220V CIRCUITS. ALL OF THIS WORK IS NOT PERMITTED
