The permit for the electrical has been approved and not issued, T20CM03836 on 6-19-2020 and had an inspection on 6-19-2020 for re-connecting the electrical. The gas has a permit approved and not issued, T20CM03941 on 6-23-2020 with no inspection done at this time. The case will be closed due to the permits have been issued and the contractors are on site. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Went to the site and the electrican was on site and has done some of the repairs to the wiring that has heat damage. Did go over the door not able to open and still don't have a key to the door. The lock is going to be removed by the electrician and may install a lock box for the door. Did go over that the re-connect permit for the electrical and was off at the pole on the cut outs. The plumber has been on site and has capped several lines that will not be used. A permit will be required for the gas to be turned back on. All the rooms have been vacated at this time. The management is working on doing the needed repairs being required to re-open. RV. |
