The mobile home is vacant and secured at this time. The owner is having trouble keeping the mobile home secured due to finding different people in the mobile home at different times. Did talk to the owner if that T.P.D. does call Code Enforcdement out that the electrical will be removed at the pedistal and the windows and doors will be boarded up. The mobile home may be sold and has also called a handyman to have the mobile home boarded up. Will check in 10 days. RV. |

The owner has called and will be meeting today. Met on site and check the condition of the mobile home. The roof leaks in the living room area by the cooler, the cooler is not working, has holes in the floor through out the mobile home, no clear paths to the doors and windows, no smoke detectors, the main door is weathered and needs to be replaced, not sure of the windows work to open and close due to not able to get to the windows due to the amount of storage in the mobile home. The son is still not at home and the property is being condemned. Did let the owner know that the electrical will be left on and if the son is caught in the mobile home with out permission, the electrical will be removed and the mobile home will be boarded up. The owner signed the paperwork and did do the posting on the front window of Do Not Enter. The owner |
