Two separate dwellings confirmed at location zoned R1. Parcel size is 15,223 sq ft, which allows for a second dwelling under the UDC for R1 lots in excess of 10,000 sq. ft. (Refer to UDC Table 4.8-2 Permitted Uses Urban Residential Zones). CofO under permit T19CM01909 reflects qualification and approval for the two dwelling units; it was a renovation to the second unit which was on location and previously approved over 20 years ago. The permit was erroneously described as a guest house and has been corrected to reflect dwelling unit approval. |
