UPON INSPECTION, THERE IS NO ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE ON THE PROPERTY OR REAR OF THE REPORTED PROPERTY. WILL CONTACT RESPONSIBLE PARTY OF THE REPORTED ADDRESS REGARDING THE CIGARETTE BUTTS AND THE REPORTED CONCERNS. AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO LEGAL EVIDENCE OTHER THAN ASSUMPTIONS ON WHO DUMPED THE SMALL PILE OF CIGARETTE BUTTS, CASE WILL BE CLOSED. |
