05/29/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car into building. Arrived and met with a C.S.O. and a car hit a garage for the manager for the complex on the west side of the building. The vehicle left the site and was found at another location. The wood framing was pushed in at the bottom with approx. 3-studs approx. 3" off the bottom plate. The exterior has stucco and the interior has drywall. The stucco has cracks on the top of the wall where the wall was pushed in. The drywall has cracks on the corner of the wall going up from the floor to the ceiling. A portion of the drywall was knocked out on the bottom of the wall from the impact, approx. 4' high x 6' long and was not connected to the wall at this time. The studs are still bearing weight and may be able to be pushed back into place due to not spitting or breakage on the studs. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork and will be able to remain on site. The garage was the only area damaged and that will be able to continue to be used. At this time the garage door is still operating but will need to be check if the corner was also pushed in from the impact. The main electrical panel was in the area and was not damaged from the impact. The appox. area damage is 10' wide and approx. 10' high. There was no electical wiring in the wall that was visible on the exposed areas on the interior of the garage. RV.
