No one home and was able to check the rear yard. The rear yard has concrete or flagstone all through out the rear yard area. Does have a drain pipe going through the rear masonry wall to the alley and appears to be where the rear yard floor is washed and the water drains through the drain pipe and the pipe is brown and shows being dirty. Was not able to locate an feces or does the area have a smell of feces. I did go back to the front door and knocked and no answer. The property is cleaned at this time and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
