06/24/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The trailer is vacant and secured. The pile of trash and debris is going to be picked up by one of the tenants on the mobile home park. Did place the posting of the trash and debris N.O.V. on the front door due to forgot to post it on the front door with the other paperwork. Will check on June 30th. RV.
06/23/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Nothing has been done to the trailer or the cleaning of the lot space. Did talk to the supervisor Martin Romero and received permission to have the trailer secured on 6-19-2020. Did call Arcaiden industries to the site to have the mobile home secured. While waiting the tenants did come out and stated that people have been coming in and out of the trailer and getting items out and taking them. Not able to find an owner of the trailer and have been told that the trailer has been like this for some time. The interior of the trailer has been ran sack and items are on the floor and have been tossed. All the utilities have been removed at this time. The area has trash and debris through out the lot. Did do the posting of the paperwork on the front door and a Do Not Enter placard also on the front door. On of the tenants stated that he will have the property cleaned. RV.
06/17/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The mobile home is vacant and unsecured. Nothing has been done to clean the property. Did call the manager and she was going to call the management to check when the property is going to be cleaned. Was able to screw the door shut at this time. Did let the manager know that if the mobile home is not secured that the City of Tucson will take action on securing the mobile home. RV.
