The unit did have some smoke in the unit due to on the same side of the fire. The unit was checked once the power was turned back on all is working at this time. The carpet was soaked with the water from the fire and the tenants will not be able to remain in the unit. The water may be entering through the walls on the floor due to the unit next door has water holding on the floor. The kitchen has water on the table and the counter and the bathroom has water on the floor. The tenants have somewhere to stay until the unit is checked once the carpet is cleaned. The manager was served the N.O.V. to Vacate the unit and the locks were changed. The management secured the unit and was posted Do Not Enter on the front door area. RV. |
