Arrived on site to this gated apartment complex, no gate code left. Called mananger and was able to speak with them and droped a copy of the compliant. She stated the complex manager was talking to caller while I was as the office and they would be take care of the situation. Spoke to tenant and stated she just got off the line with the manager and they would be working on her apt today. Will close out this case #5123 |
