Does have some storage or trash and debris on the same side towards the rear of the property with a refrigerator. Does have 3-wood posts in the ground with a few boards holding the wood beam in place at this time. Has no plywood or any covering for the porch that is trying to be built. While on site the owner for the property did show and went over the issues on the property. Did ask on the mini-bikes being in the house and the owner feels that the mini-bikes are gone due to this issue was when Southwest Gas was on the property working on the gas for the unit to be turned back on. The owner of the property has not seen the mini-bike in some time and will check with the tenant. The wood post and wood beam will be removed and the area will be cleaned up. Will check in 10 days.
