THERE IS A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE BEING USED AS A DWELLING UNIT. THIS UNIT WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO THE FOLLOWING: THE ELECTRICAL IS HAZARDOUS AND NOT CODE COMPLIANT, THE NUMBER 12 CONDUCTOR CONNECTS TO A 30 AMP BREAKER. THIS BREAKER WAS TURNED OFF. THE RV SEWER A 3 INCH WHICH CONNECTS TO A 55 GALLON DRUM WHICH IS UNDERGROUND, THERE IS SEWER SPILLAGE UNDERNEATH THE UNIT. THE PROPERTY HAS GARBAGE BAGS, TRASH AND DEBRIS. NOTICE AND ORDER WAS ISSUED ALONG WITH A NOTICE OF VIOLATION FOR THE CODE VIOLATIONS. |
