Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a mobile home fire. Arrived and the units still on site and checking for hot spots. The fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The mobile home is a total lost and all utilities were turned off at the meters. The owner was on site and the son was living in the mobile home. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork. The owner will be securing the property. Did go over on doing the demo on the property that a permit will be required to be demo'ed on the property. If the mobile home is transported that the person moving the mobile home will get the permit to transport to the site being taken to. Did let the owner know if not secured by this afternoon, that the City of Tucson will bring a contractor to have the property secured. The owner was OK with those condition on getting the mobile home secured. Did do the posting in 2-places on front and rear of the mobile home. Will check on the securement this afternoon. RV. |
