Went to the site and was able to walk to the area and was not able to see bees. Did move some of the cans on the ground that was piled up and no bees came out as the first day when on site. Did talk to the neighbor and they have not been in the area due to fear. I did let the neighbor know that I went to completely back to the fence in the rear on the side of the house. I did talk to the tenant of the house and he has not been in the area. The tenant will get with the neighbor and check if he can go back to the area. At this time I will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case pending billing. RV. |
