She states she was the caller and explained that to the service rep so dont know why I was at her property. She explained it was the home behind her. That was the address of 6975 e Vernice. Saw a orange cord running from a pedestal in alley accross a non serviceable alley and into the property. Found a tag on the ground, as a digital cable. Called TEP to make sure and they confirmed they had legal power and said that was a cable line and not a power line. Called the customer back and she was happy. Will close out this case |
