WENT TO UNIT 258 SPOKE WITH OCCUPANT, SHE HAD POWER AND SHE INFORMED ME THE POWER WAS BEING RUN FROM 257 TO UNIT 260. SHE SHOWED ME WHERE THE CORD WAS BEING RUN. I WENT TO THE OFFICE, MET WITH ASSISTANT MANAGER WHO STATED THE TENNANT IN UNIT 260 IS BEING EVICTED BUT THE PROCESS IS BEING HELD UP BY THE COURTS DUE TO COVID19. TRIED KNOCKING ON BOTH DOORS WITH THE MANAGER RECEIVED NO ANSWER AT EITHER UNIT. WILL BE BACK TO CUT THE CORD. (NEED TO PICK UP MY TRUCK WITH TOOLS. RETURNED TO APTS, POSTED EMERGENCY VACATE NOV ON UNIT 260, POSTED A COPY ON #257 ASKING HE REMOVE THE CORD AND ASSISTANT MANAGER SIGNED FOR MADE COPIES AND WAS GIVEN A COPY AS WELL. MANAGER WAS TOLD TO CONTACT TPD AND SHOW THEM THE COPY OF EMERGENCY VACATE. ASKED SHE HAVE TPD CONTACT ME IF NECESSARY.
