POSSIBLE 3RD LEAK IN HALLWAY UPSTAIRS, EVIDENCED BY SOFT DRYWALL. > DRYWALL PATCHES IN STAIRWELL NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN TWO WALLS. >LANDING NEEDS TO BE PATCHED AND ONE STAIR REPLACED WHERE PLUMBER WAS SEARCHING FOR LEAKS. >PREVIOS CABINET REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AND DRAWERS ARE NOW BACK TO BROKEN STATUS DUE TO NO BEING REPAIRED PROPERLY >SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE, A CHILD WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR, IS THE 2ND EXIT FROM THE APARTMENT, AND A FIRE HAZARD. >EXTERIOR FENCING MISSING SLATS, NAILS STICKING OUT OF THE WOOD. HAZARD TO THE KIDS. FIELD NOV ISSUED TO MANAGER TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS WITHIN 7 DAYS |
