>LANDING NEEDS TO BE PATCHED AND ONE STAIR REPLACED WHERE PLUMBER WAS SEARCHING FOR LEAKS.
>PREVIOS CABINET REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AND DRAWERS ARE NOW BACK TO BROKEN STATUS DUE TO NO BEING REPAIRED PROPERLY
>SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE, A CHILD WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR, IS THE 2ND EXIT FROM THE APARTMENT, AND A FIRE HAZARD.
>EXTERIOR FENCING MISSING SLATS, NAILS STICKING OUT OF THE WOOD. HAZARD TO THE KIDS.
