05/14/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE; PER SUPER MROMERO TO TAKE PICTURES AND MAKE CONTACT WITH OWNER. PICTURES WERE TAKEN, OWNER CLAIMS TO BE STARTING TO CONSTRUCT A BLOCK WALL THAT IS WHY HE HAS THE NEW BRICK PLACED AT THE FRONT YARD AND IS UNABLE TO PLACE IT IN THE REAR YARD. HE WILL START WORKING ON THE REFUSE AND DEBRIS THAT HE SAYS IS NOT REFUSE AND DEBRIS. WE SPOKE ABOUT THE SUV AND IF HE COULD START IT AND MOVE IT FOR ME, HE CLAIMS TO HAVE LOST THE KEYS TO OPERATE IT. WE SPOKE ABOUT WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO ABATE THE VIOLATIONS, HE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE SUPERVISOR IN REGARDS TO THE BRICK HE PLANS TO USE FOR HIS WALL AS HE NEEDS TO KEEP IT NEAR THE FRONT AS HE IS WORKING ON IT.
