Did meet with the people staying with the tenant and that person is working on bikes and was advised that work can not be done on the property due to the zoning for the property. If the person wants to continue working on the bikes, will need to talk to zoning to check if a home occupation can be done on the property of a duplex. The stated that they will move the bikes from the porch. Will check in 10 days. RV.
