The owner did not show and was able to look around and the property has been cleaned and organized. The vehicle is operable at this time and parked in the carport that has been cleaned. 05/11/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to check if the vehicles are operable and one of the vehicles is operable. The other vehicles has issues and needs gas and will get gas and call tomorrow or Thursday to check the other vehicle. Did go over on the porches being cleaned off and will go over that when we meet again. RV.
05/07/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to check for the court. Did take pictures to show the progess. The owner did stop by my vehicle to ask for the court date and time and was given the date and time and he took off from the site. Some of the issues have been addressed. Need to check if the vehicles are operable. RV.

03/03/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The vehicles are still on the property and the storage is still on the front and rear porches, the storage is still on the rear and front yard and the hole is still in the ground in the front and side yard area. RV.
02/02/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received the file back and will have to wait till 3-15-21 for the Abatement. The court has given permission to have the vehicles removed, the hole filled and the storage removed. Will try and make contact with the owner to have addressed before the date given to Abate. RV.
01/22/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did an inspection for the court hearing on 1-26-21 at 9:30 AM. The tall grass and weeds with the trash and debris has been cleaned up. Still has the vehicles on the property, the storage and the hole on the property in the front yard area. Will let Laurie know for the court hearing. RV.
