WOOD IS ROTTING AND DETERIORATING, NOT IN GOOD REPAIR. RAILING NOT FASTENED TO DECK HOWEVER IS FASTENED TO BUILDING. DECK NEAR UNIT 14 IS ALSO IN SAME CONDITION. OVERGROWN WEEDS AND GRASS AND VEGETATION AT SIDEWALK RIGHT OF WAY OBSTRUCTING SIDEWALK. WILL ISSUE NOV TO OWNER AND WILL ALSO HAVE TENANT CLEAN AND SANITIZE.
