Has a wood frame deck with a wood frame porch being added to the deck. The post away from the mobile home are in the ground and has no concrete protecting the wood post in the ground. Has no anchors on the post to beams at this time and the wood beams are under sized for the span. Has 2 x 4 rafters with metal covering on top of the 2 x 4's. The porch is not attached to the mobile home and has wood posts on top of the deck with beams to support the roof. Found no permit and will do N.O.V. Was on site with inspector SAM. RV. |
