Arrived and all the units have left the site and apparently people were removed from the property. The property has trash and debris, tall grass and weeds and J.M.V.'s on the property. The property has a case already and has a court date on the property. Will get with the inspector on this inspection. Was not able to make contact with the owner and did a posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the gates secured due to has holes in the fencing and the gates have a gap. RV. |
