Communication called that T.P.D. on site with mobile homes and people found inside the mobile homes. Arrived and the units were still on site and had 3-people being held. 1-person did run and they were not able to find him. The structures are portable for class rooms. Did have a crew on site prepping one double wide to be removed from the property that has been sold to the Marana School District. The other double wide is not set properly and has opening on the middle of the portable and people were enter the unit. Once inside the unit did find where the people were living in the unit for some time. They had a metal ductwork being used as a fire place and for cooking in the middle of the unit. Did find another area where a fire was started and fell to the ground level and burned out. The people were removed and allowed to remove the items that they were going to take due to the structure was going to be secured. Did make contact with the owner and she was coming to the site. She arrived and met with T.P.D. and went over on the people staying in the unit. The owner did sign the trespassing letter and will be filed with T.P.D. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the structures and when the owner came to the site, she signed the N.O.V. to Vacate. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured. Inspector Valdez has a case on the property and will be citing for the work with out permits. Due to having the open case with the other inspector, this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
