While in conversation with the male, 2-females showed on site and stated that they were loading the items in a truck. Did let them all know that no one should be in the unit after dark and has no sign of moving out. Did call the manager Matt and he was not able to secure the unit and did go over on boarding up the unit. The manager said go ahead to secure the unit. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. The unit is a stuido unit and the unit was empty out. The people removed all the items that they were taking out of the unit and place on the exterior of the unit. Once secured, posted the Do Not Enter on the exterior or the unit. Did not do the N.O.V. due to was served on 2-14-2020 and the tenant refused to sign the paperwork. RV. CLOSED CASE |
