| 02/18/2020 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Arrived on site and met with owner of the property neighbor and sister-in-law who showed up. Gave the owner the notice from Mr Lopez and she stared at it for a while asked a couple question but refuse to sign it. I explained to the group that was her right I would notate it and also gave them the follow-up date of February 28th. Then went through my notice of violation which was several Pages along with photos. Questions were asked and answered and follow-up date was confirmed. They asked about the electricity and turning that back on it was my understanding that code enforcement did not shut the electricity but they were going to have an electrician on site later today. I advised her to have the electrician evaluate the system and make sure there are no extension cords inside or outside of that house. She stated she would be meeting them later on today. Will follow up with a phone call early tomorrow |
