Met with the owner of the property as well as the neighbor to the west of the property where the owner is staying. Met to speak about inside conditions Inspector Lopez as the lead. Outside property conditions were addressed by myself which included. Weeds and grass over 6 inches in front yard side yard and rear yard. JMV in front yard Chevy 4 door (brown). Trash and debris along side and rear yards. trash and debris also in pool area. Extreme amount of storage under rear porch area which ran the entire porch run. Non-permitted light fixture attached to the pool fence on the east side of the property. electrical panel lacked 1 blank and none of the circuits were identified. Pool in the backyard what's green and stagnant. Will move to nov |
