Also found that interior was congested to the top in all rooms with boxes and debris had some electrical cords underneath all the debris, couldn’t see if any of the electrical outlets were damaged due to debris also. couldn’t tell if any of the electrical cords were compromised with the weight of debris, possible fire hazard, no smoke detectors, most exits were blocked with debris, electrical panel was missing parts of the face panel, No gas Had portable heaters throughout the home fire hazard with all the debris. Also had some storage and exterior violations junk motor vehicle, weeds, debris, will have area inspector addressed those issues TPD will have CPS try to work on cleanup of interior will be posting unsafe to occupy and sending notice.
