Did find where a payment was made for the floodplain. Permit T20OT00656 issued on 2-11-21 for the flood plain. Did call the owner and he thought he had the permit when he paid for the engineering approval. I did check with Angie and Krystal and the permit still has to be completed for the wall permit. The owner will go to the office to check on what needs to be done. The owner will pay if needs to be pay for the permit. Did let the owner know that the notes states that needs to show the open space of the picket fence. RV.

Did call the owner and he is having trouble meeting or being told what to do due to the virus. The office is closed and doing everything on line.
