IN ONE OF THE ROOMS WAS ADDED ELECTRICAL AND A COMBUTION SYSTEM AND THE OTHER WAS USE OF PROPANE. IT APPEARS THE ROOMS WERE SET UP AFTER THE APPROVED PERMITS FOR A TENNANT IMPROVEMENT.
>THE NEXT ISSUE WAS THE A/C UNITS SETTING IN THE PARKING AREA OF THE PROPERTY. I PRESUME THAT THE UNITS ARE TO BE INSTALLED ON THE STRUCTURE AND IT DOES NOT APPEAR PERMITS HAVE BEEN SECURED.
THERE WAS A PERMIT SECURED FOR A INFUSION ROOM BUT THE PERMIT EXPIRED. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER PERMITS EXPIRED, BUT THERE WAS PROOF OF INSPECTIONS FOR MOST OF THE FIRE REQUIREMENT AND COMPLETED BY THE FIRE DEPT.
IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THE INFUSION ROOM OR THE ADDED A/C UNITS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED UNDER THE TENNANT IMPROVEMENT PERMIT. PROOF OF DOCUMENTATION OR PERMITS WILL BE ASKED FOR

T19CM08697, LETTER OF COMPLETION. ALL FIRE INSPECTIONS THRU 6/29/ 2020 HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND FINALED. C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES, ALL WORK APPEARS TO BE PERMITED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
