The owner of the property did meet with the director and the administrator and the supervisor to discuss this case. The supervisor Martin Romero stated that the gas has been turned back on due to the heater on the roof has been repaired. The property is vacant and secured and will be closing this case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Met with the tenant at the site due to the tenant has moved out. The owner still has not called back but the tenant is stating that people have been to the property to repair items. Did have the tenant signed the paperwork due to the owner has not made any contact with the tenant or the inspector. The property was condemned for lacking heat, no gas to the property, low pressure to the water, rats, backed up plumbing in the rear unit that is detached from the main house and other issues in the house. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and copies of the paperwork that the tenant has singed on site. While talking to the tenant, she did state that Southwest Gas has shown up to the site and again tried to put the gas on and while on the roof, found where the heater has issues and will not be allowed to turn the gas on at this time. Something was done when the roof was painted or repaired and was blocking the what appears to be blocking the venting for the unit. Will try and get the report on the visits. The electrical was going to be removed on Monday by the tenant and the water also will also be turned off. RV. |
