The office called and has a complaint on no heat and low water pressure. Arrived and no one home and did call the tenant on the phone. The tenant was on her way to the house and will wait. The tenant arrived and was able to check the house for violations. The house has no heating system connected to the house and on portable heater at this time, the water pressure is low, the house has no gas to the meter due to lacking gas valves at the appliances for the stove, the water heater has been replaced and has no shut off valve for the cold water, T.P.R. lacking the drain line and has a drain pan, broken windows, light in the closet lacking a globe, loose tile on the floor in a bedroom at doorway and the guess house is backing up. Due to lacking the use of the stove, the tenant has 2-electic burners on the counter to use for cooking next to the stove. The house has rats in the rear portion of the house and the tenant is stating that most of the rats have been killed in the oven with rat traps at the boiler portion of the oven. The tenant has bought rat radars to kill the rats or they left the site. Did see rat droppings while on site. Will call the owner and do N.O.V. RV. |
