10/28/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received a call from a friend of the owner to meet on site to check for compliance. Did check the site with the friend and the owner was not on site due to the mother is ill and out of state. The property is cleaned, the vehicles have been removed and the porch as access to the doors. There is a bedroom window that has some boxes but the room has another window on the other side of the house and has 2-doors on the interior to exit the bedroom. At this time the court case will be filed a motion to vacate the hearing due to in compliance. RV.
09/25/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The large white truck has been removed, the rear yard has been cleaned of the tall grass and weeds, the trash and debris and the storage has been removed. The rear porch still has storage inside the porch and has added the landscape screening to hide the storage. The screening is not approved for the screening on the rear porch and the storage will need to be removed. RV.
