Has a fire in the unit next door and the electrical and gas was turned off. Did check the unit to check if the gas and the electrical can be turned back on. Did check the unit and all is OK but none of the smoke detectors were working due to the batteries have been removed due to the chirpping on the smoke detectors. The tenants will get batteries and put back in place. At the time the gas and the electical will be turned back on and the tenant will remain in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
