The office called that the property has a sewer cap off and the sewer is backing up. Arrived and the cap is off the clean out and has puddles where the water is ponding from over flowing from the pipe when back up. They had a plumber here on site earlier and did not clear the line. Did meet with the tenant and this has been going on for some time. Did call the property manager and they had called someone 3-hours ago and was going to call to check what happened or they are going to come back. The tenant left the site to meet with someone while on site. Did find a branch in the clean out and was pulled out by the plumber. Did run the snake both ways and the line was cleared. Did place a camera in the line and checked and did find where the house connects to the the main line has some roots that will need to be dug out at a later time. Was not able to make contact with the property manager and not able to call the owner due to the phone number given is not a working number. Roto Rooter was sent to clear the line. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
