ON SITE INSPECTION: THERE IS A NEW SHED ERECTED ON THE EASTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY. THE INTERIOR OF THE SHED HAS THE FOLLOWING: TWO BED SET OF FOR SLEEPING AND ONE DRESSER, REFRIGERATOR AND A WINDOW MOUNTED A/C UNIT. THERE ARE MULTIPLE EXTENSION CORDS INSIDE THE UNIT. THERE IS AN OVER HEAD LIGHT FIXTURE AND A HASP ON THE EXTERIOR DOOR. THE UNIT IS ESTIMATE 8 X 10 FEET. THE CONVERSATION WITH THE OWNER STATED HE WAS ALLOWING THE UNIT TO USED AS A DWELLING, THE CITY OF TUCSON ACTION WAS THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED AND POSTED. |
