The Ward 5 office has called that the house is vacant and unsecured. Arrived and the house has had the doors, the cooler on the west side, the AC package unit that was on the ground removed. The garage door has also been removed includig the cooler on the west side. The interior of the house has been ransacked and the cabinets, light fixtures toilet and other items have been removed from the house. Did call the owner listed and was not able to make contact with the owner. Did call the neighbor due to to was trying to buy the property and he has not been able to buy the property. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero to have the property secured and gave permission. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did the posting of N.O.V. to Vacate on the front door. RV. |
