FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL FROM JEFF PORTER OF COX CABLE INFORMING ME THAT HE KNEW AND MET WITH THE COMPLAINTANT, AGREED TO REPLACE THE TO TREES THAT HAD DIED AND INSTALLED A THIRD TREE TO REDUCE THE SPACING. IRRIGATION WAS INSTALLED TO ALL THREEE TREES. SPOKE WITH THE COMPLAINTANT WHO WAS PLEASED WITH COX'S FOLLOW UP AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE THIRD TREE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
