ON SITE WITH TENANT. THERE WERE NOT SIGNS OF INSECT INFESTATION AT THIS TIME. THE TOILET WAS LOOSE AND NEEDED TO BE SEALED AT THE BASE. CLOSET WHERE THE HOT WATER HEATER IS LOCATED NEED TO BE SEALED WHERE THE PIPES COME IN. THE FRONT DOOR IS MISSING SOME WEATHER STRIPPING. |
