Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house and the owners son was in the house. The owner has died and is the listed owner and the son is not on the Pima County Assessor Records. The son has been arrested for tresspassing and asked to leave the area. The house had a fire and has had some cleaning of the property on the interior of the house but has no utilities on at this time. The house has security bars and will be placing plywood on all the openings. Called Arcaiden industries to the property to have secured. RV. |
