PERMITS INCLUDED GENERAL REPAIRS OF: ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, SHEETROCK, ROOF SHEATHING (ABOVE CEILING)
THE PAINT, TILE, CABINETS AND REPLACEMENT OF OLD PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL DO NOT REQUIRE PERMITS. COMPLAINTANT WHO PLACED THE COMPLAINTS FOR ALL 4 UNITS HELPED COMPLETE THE WORK IN SPECIFIED UNITS AND WAS RECENTLY RELEASED BY THE COMPANY PER THE OWNER.
