2/7/24: receptacle under kitchen sink must be GFCI and must be properly installed (currently installed behind cabinet), Arc-fault breaker's missing at multiple locations, outdoor receptacle must be WR, water hammer arrestors missing at dishwasher and laundry room, anti-tip missing at range, kitchen sink and bathroom lavs all have drainage against code (interior must be smooth surface), A/C unit missing p-trap and condensate drain, bathroom and laundry room have been switched (plans must be submitted and show new location), toilets must be caulked. Insulate water lines at water heater. |
