| 12/11/2020 | PLUMBING - GAS PRESSURE TEST | Approved | After the initial work was complete, inspected, and cleared with SWG, the plumber discovered a non-visible, under slab line to a distant clothes dryer. He then terminated that line and installed a 30’ run from the main line, to replace the dangerous under slab branch. This branch was inspected by me, dan Quinn, and the SWG tech on site. The plumber Luigi Lamberto, provided a drawing of the additional branch line. I now reopened the permit to add these details, approve the work, and reclose the permit. Clear gas Gas was reconnected with verbal clearance at that time. Close permit |

| 12/03/2020 | PLUMBING - GAS PRESSURE TEST | Partial Approval | PA Note: plumber found that an existing dryer and capped off line, to a relocated water heater, were fed with an under slab gas line. He terminated this under house line and repiped new gas to the dryer, by adding another run of hard pipe 30’. All piping is visible and confirmed by SWG to be a safe job. A large shout out to the plumber, who discovered this previously unknown under slab piping hazard. Contractor Luigi, will submit an additional drawing to include the additional 30’, added after the initial permit’s scope of work was completed. When that drawing is approved, Ap 3090 and close the permit. Clear gas for 2nd time today, to include an additional 30’ of piping, after terminating the under slab feed line. |
