Entered by RSALDAT1 - Not ready. Concrete walkway requires a landing in front of new exterior door. Parking spaces require restriping due to new sidewalk encroaching on old spaces. Patch asphalt at new curb. Remove all concrete and other construction debris from site. Complete rain drains at sidewalk scuppers. Complete all new construction work and remove all material piles for final approval.
DP 14-0200 is in final status. Is there another DP for this project? Please provide City approved construction documents for all new work. Provide City approve plan revisions for all changes to approved construction documents.
