THIS SITE WILL BE REINSPECTED ON 4/15/2021 TO VERIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN COMPLETED: 1) A PAVED ADA COMPLIANT PATHWAY FROM BENSON HIGHWAY INTO THE NEW LOCATION. 2) A PAVED ADA COMPLIANT PATH FROM THE TEMPORARY PARKING LOT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE TO THE NEW BUILDING LOCATION. 3) COMPLETE ALL STUCCO AND OVERHEAD WORK IN THE AREAS FOR THE NEW PEDESTRIAN PASSAGEWAY INTO THE NEW STRUCTURE. 4) FENCE OFF ALL AREAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM PEDESTRIAN ACCESS BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
ANY HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES NOTED ON THIS SITE DURING FUTURE INSPECTIONS WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP, AND MAY BE A REASON TO CONSIDER IF THIS SITE IS ABLE TO OPEN AFTER THE STATE INSPECTION. THE STATE INSPECTION IS SCHEDULED FOR 4/15/21, AND I WILL BE INSPECTING THE SITE AGAIN ON FRIDAY TO VERIFY THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN ADDRESSED AS DISCUSSED ON THIS DATE BY BARKER REP, JIM BURGE, AND MYSELF.
