I HAVE CONTACTED ROB EAST AND THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND MADE THEM AWARE OF THE ISSUES AT HAND, THEY ARE WORKING TO GET IT CLEANED AND DECONTAMINATED. THIS INSPECTION WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK ONCE ALL WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
05/18/2021 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval PARTIAL APPROVAL, OK FOR TCO AT THIS TIME PENDING ALL OTHER INSPECTIONS. FINAL NOT TO BE GIVEN TILL THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN RE-INSPECTED AND APPROVED: 1) THE ADA PARKING SPACES ARE COMPLIANT FOR THE FIRST 17 FEET, BUT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM 2% IN THE FINAL 1 TO 2 FEET AT THE REAR OF THE PARKING SPACE. THE CONTRACTOR WILL DISCUSS WHAT TYPE OF REPAIR WORK IS NEEDED TO MAKE THE SPACES COMPLIANT. 2) ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING AT THE MAIN DOOR ENTRANCE THE ROOF SUPPORTS STICK OUT INTO THE 5 FOOT PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY/SIDEWALK SOUTH OF THE PARKING LOT. ALSO THE PLAN WAS APPROVED WITHOUT PARKING BLOCKS FOR THE VEHICLES IN THE SAME AREA. WITH THE COMBINATION OF BOTH OF THESE TWO ITEMS THE PATHWAY CAN BE REDUCED DOWN TO JUST OVER 2 FEET IN CLEAR SPACE FOR PEDESTRIANS
