New framed walls ok to rock. Furred walls need rock wool at the large openings
along the top plates.

1. Block duct boots 3 sides.
2. Fire stop soffit areas and especially the top of the furred out walls.
The soffits need foam to seal small openings, and the furred out areas have such big openings, I suggest rock wool insulation.
