10/28/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Bypass pipe being removed. Barricades in place.
10/25/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Barricades were knocked down due to high winds, called Border Barricades to have them come out and re-set the barricades with sand bags.
B&F Contracting notified that barricade company was re-setting all barricades. Informed that the by-pass is completed and they are starting to dismantle the pipe. Will be working on rpairing roadway later next week

10/07/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Inspect T19RW05078 - Received a call from a civilian about possible problem with a concrete barrier at east bound Speedway. Found contractor performing a revision to their temp. line layout that required them to park a forklift partly in a travel lane with 1 flagman to shift traffic over. Told them must stop this immediately and get barricades. They had just finished with the forklift and so they removed it and opened up traffic
10/01/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Work is a 18" sewer by-pass crossing bridge. Sidewalk will be moved temp. to bus lane closed to traffic. Start next week.
